About the Exibition
This exhibition opens up multiple perspectives on our society, drawing inspiration from contemporary issues. The featured young artists from Baroda present a diversity of thought through experimental approaches in both material and theme. Their works engage deeply with the sensibilities of our time, while simultaneously questioning the evolving vocabulary of visual language.
With one foot grounded in the past and the other stepping into the present, these works keep core values and principles at the forefront. However, by destabilizing these self-governing norms, the artists introduce compelling layers of meaning through metaphors and metonymy. Each piece offers a unique dialogue between tradition and transformation.
The exhibition reveals an increasing complexity in the form of modern aphorisms, short and sharp reflections on the world we inhabit. In doing so, it invites viewers to explore new approaches to understanding the contemporary experience.
